This high speed, fully automatic shrink wrapping system accepts single line product flow from the customer’s conveyor, stages the product and delivers it into the film. Tall stacks are compressed and conditioned to be square resulting in shelf ready finished packages using clear or printed shrink films. Our unique seal system is capable of sealing Polyethylene (shown), Polyolefin and PVC shrink films at production speeds in excess of 100 packages per minute. American Packaging Machinery, Inc. incorporates a unique film registration design proven to be the most accurate and reliable on the market today. We are able to maintain registration at variable production speeds with push button change over.
